It lists three phone numbers. It reveals her blood type, any allergies or medications, and any other special health problems so treatment can begin immediately, It also lists her doctor, who has her records and can help from the start. And finally, it provides parental consent for treatment to insure her safety.

Lifesaver Charities has designed the Lifesaver Tag in conjunction with the Crime Prevention Association of Police Departments throughout the country. These tags are to be placed by parents on children's shoe laces and sewn into their clothing. They will provide lifesaving information to emergency personnel.
